Automatic Centering and Correction System
1. Working Principle
The system uses dual photoelectric sensors to automatically track the material edge, automatically finding the edge as the width changes, and driving the correction frame to complete the centering and correction.
2. Core Advantages
One-button calibration; no manual adjustment of photoelectric sensors is required for width changes, resulting in highly efficient operation.
Symmetrical distribution of material edges ensures stable tension, preventing wrinkles and poor edge cutting.
Narrower edge strips effectively reduce material waste.
