This is a factory in Kazakhstan running a closed-loop production chain for recycled plastic. Waste plastic products from daily life are collected and sent to recycling granulation plants, where they are crushed, cleaned, and melted, then processed into recycled plastic pellets.
Our film blowing extruder takes these recycled pellets as its raw material. Through extrusion and film-blowing forming, high-quality plastic films are produced, which are further processed into packaging products — putting the same material straight back into use.

We realise the circular reuse of plastic resources. Our machines are compatible with recycled materials, helping customers achieve green production and reduce the consumption of virgin plastic.
Recycled resin is a harder feedstock than virgin material — it varies batch to batch, so the line has to hold its output steady on its own. That is what the customer bought the machine for, and what it is doing on the floor every day.

Our engineer David travelled to the plant to complete the extruder setup and stayed to run a full training programme for the customer's staff. Every step was explained clearly, in detail and in practical terms — not just how to start the machine, but the working knowledge behind it.
The result was a team that could run the line on its own within days — as the customer put it, their operators had “in principle already learned” the machine before the engineer had even finished. Throughout the project, our sales engineer Ceci answered every question and kept the customer supported at each stage, so the start-up ran as smoothly as possible.
