This customer is a plastic bag manufacturer in Malaysia. They did not come to us as a new buyer — they came back. Their first machine from us was an ABA film blowing line, and it had performed well enough on their floor that when capacity needed to grow again, they did not go looking elsewhere.
That is the part of this story worth reading twice. A first order can be won on price, on a specification sheet, or on a good impression. A second order is placed by someone who has already lived with the machine, run it in their own conditions, and decided they would rather repeat the experience than test a new supplier.

A three-layer ABA line, the first machine the customer bought from us. It ran well and set the expectation for everything that followed.

Delivered August 2026, with the new gravimetric dosing and mixing unit fitted as standard.
A 1,400 mm single-layer LDPE film blowing machine, specified for steady high output rather than peak numbers on a datasheet — and paired with a newly designed weighing and mixing unit ahead of the extruder.

The dosing unit is the quiet upgrade here. Masterbatch is one of the few costs in a bag plant that is paid every single hour the line runs, and metering it by weight rather than by scoop takes that cost off guesswork. The gain is small per kilogram and large per year.
The machine shipped in August 2026 and was erected at the customer's plant using their own forklifts — frame first, then the platform, then the die and take-off assembly lifted into place on top.

Once the line was commissioned, the numbers held. At 100 micron film thickness the machine settles above 100 kg/h and stays there — not a burst figure taken on a good run, but the rate the customer plans production around.

— The new weighing and mixing unit cut masterbatch consumption, metering colour by weight instead of by volume.
— Thickness deviation across the web came down noticeably, so film can be run closer to nominal without risking off-spec rolls.
— Against the customer's older equipment, the difference is immediate and visible on the same factory floor.

A machine that performs is the reason a customer calls back. This plant now runs an ABA line and a 1,400 mm single-layer LDPE line side by side, both from us, and both chosen by someone who had already seen what our equipment does in their own building.
