The film width controller adjusts the film width by air replenishment and air release. The specific process is as follows:

Air replenishment: When the film width is insufficient, the control system will increase the air pressure of the extruder head by air replenishment, thereby pushing the edge of the film to expand outward to reach the required width.

Air release: On the contrary, when the film width is too large, the control system will release some gas, reduce the air pressure of the extruder head, and cause the edge of the film to shrink and return to the ideal width.

This dynamic adjustment mechanism can respond to changes in film width in real time, ensuring that the production of the film meets the set specifications, thereby improving product quality and production efficiency.
